American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Respiratory Therapist - Certified for an inpatient day shift role. Requires 2+ years across ICU, ED, peds, and other units. RRT preferred; IL license if applicable; BLS/ACLS/PALS required; Cerner EMR experience a plus.

Position involves 10-hour day shifts (4 per week) with some pediatric exposure, and floating to similar units as needed. Travel-ready candidates will find competitive benefits and per diem arrangements.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA only)
• NRP certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the specialty required
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required

Responsibilities

• Inpatient setting covering ED, ICU, PCU, Pre-OP, behavioral health, med/surg, level 2 nursery, and peds
• Must have some pediatric experience
• Day shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
• Floating within scope to other like units required
• Provide respiratory therapy services across a wide range of inpatient units
• 50-mile radius rule applies with no exceptions
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
