Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or CRT for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital-wide respiratory therapy department covering adult and neonatal populations.

This role requires NBRC certification (RRT/CRT), NH license, ACLS, and NRP for neonatal staff, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You will cover ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and NICU with ventilator management and nebulizers; day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• NBRC CRT or RRT certification required
• Active NH Respiratory License required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required for neonates
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate professional patient interaction
• Mechanical skills preferred
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Hospital-wide coverage including ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and NICU units
• Adult and neonatal patient population
• Unit has 330 beds with a patient ratio of 30
• Uses Draeger vents, Hamilton V60 vents, and High Flow equipment
• EMR system is Allscripts Sunrise
• Performs nebulizer treatments, ventilator management, CPAP/BIPAP, and chest PT
• Day shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months are permitted
