Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Respiratory Care (Required)
• Bachelors degree in Respiratory Care preferred
• BLS certification and NBRC credentials encouraged

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment.
• Perform arterial blood gas analyses and related tests.
• Transcribe orders and document care in medical records.
• Administer therapies and monitor patient response.
• Assist in resuscitation and critical care procedures.
• Maintain ventilation equipment and transport as needed.

Education

Associates of a 2 year AMA approved Respiratory Care program

Bachelors of a 4 year Bachelor level or AMA approved Respiratory Care program
