American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for a 12-week hospital assignment in Phoenix, AZ. This travel role requires NBRC CRT, ACLS, NRP/PALS where applicable, and active RT license, with flexibility across day and night shifts.

Assignments include 4x10 hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with on-site work and no telework. Housing stipends and comprehensive benefits are offered to travelers.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required.
• Active state RT license required (license required if applicable).
• ACLS certification required.
• NRP and PALS certifications required where applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the specialty being applied for.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related healthcare field preferred.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assessment, treatment, and monitoring of cardiopulmonary disease across the continuum of care.
• Function as part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate continuity of care in a financially responsible manner.
• Quickly and accurately assess patient condition and communicate changes, diagnostic results, and treatment response to the care team.
• Must demonstrate initiative, independent judgment, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
