Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Rehab RN for a travel assignment in Minot, ND. 13-week engagement with 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, starting 10/12/2026. Travel role offering competitive pay, benefits, and a strong clinical support team.

Qualifications

One year of recent Rehab RN experience
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document in patient records
Prepare patients for surgery and educate on procedures and post-operative care
Coordinate holistic rehab care including mobility support and ADLs
Monitor patient response to therapy and communicate concerns to the team
Administer prescribed meds and treatments with proper documentation
Maintain an organized environment and ensure supplies for rehab care
Assist with safe patient transport to therapy or procedures
Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
