Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Rehab RN for a 12-week travel assignment in Omaha, NE. You’ll provide comprehensive rehab care, assess and implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The role requires one year of Rehab RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS cert. ACLS/ NIHSS are preferred. Travel duties include 36 hours per week with 12-hour days in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• One year of rehab RN experience or greater.
• Active RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and document in patient records.
• Prepare patients for procedures and educate on post-op care.
• Coordinate holistic care including mobility and ADLs with care plans.
• Monitor responses to therapy and communicate changes to the team.
• Administer medications safely and document accordingly.
• Maintain clean, stocked rehab environments and assist with transport.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
