Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Rehab RN for a 13-week assignment in Albuquerque, NM. This role offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour evenings, and a chance to deliver rehabilitative care to diverse patients.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and ensure patient safety while maintaining high-quality nursing standards. Start date ASAP with competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Mansioni

• Complete nursing assessments and document in patient records
• Coordinate and provide holistic rehabilitation care including mobility and ADLs
• Prepare patients for procedures and educate on post-operative care
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and communicate deviations to the team
• Safely administer medications and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain a clean, stocked environment to support rehab care
• Assist with safe patient transport to therapy sessions and procedures
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
