The role requires trauma Level I, adult and pediatric critical care experience, and pediatric tracheostomy care. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required; NRP preferred. Epic charting is a plus.

Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift role requiring Trauma Level I, adult critical care, and pediatric trach experience across a freestanding ER and multi-campus health system.

Details

• Freestanding ER setting with primarily independent RRT coverage
• Night shift, 3x12 hours (18:45-7:15), with shift times varying slightly by campus
• Every other weekend/holiday (EOW/EOH) requirement
• Floats between 4 campuses (Nashoba, University, Memorial, Marlborough) with advanced notice, primary shift expected at Nashoba at least 2 shifts/week
• Epic charting system preferred
• Works with adult critical care, emergency department, pediatric critical care, and NICU patient populations
• Performs ventilator management, airway management/suctioning, ABG interpretation, chest physiotherapy, and medication delivery via nebulizer and inhalers

• Candidates must pass a pass/fail EKG test
• First-time travelers accepted if they meet required experience
