Position Overview

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Greenville, South Carolina.

Shift and Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• Shift type: 12‑hour nights, every other weekend rotations
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule type: Travel

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with an active South Carolina license
• Minimum 2 years experience, including Trauma Level 1 acute care
• Must hold ACLS and BLS certifications; RRT certification required
• Trauma Level 1 experience mandatory

Required Skills (Summary of Required Skills)

Must be proficient in Adult Critical Care work settings, including extubation, nasal airway placements, suctioning, oral airway placement, oral suctioning, pulmonary hygiene, sputum specimen collection, tracheostomy care. Must be experienced with administering albuterol, Atrovent, combivent, flovent, inhaled steroids, ispurel, lidocaine, perforomist, pulmicort, racemic epinephrine, spiriva, terbutaline sulfate, tobramycin, xopenex. Must be experienced in delivering medication through aerosol set-up mask, aerosol set-up trach, Medihaler, Metered Dos inhaler. Must have experience with hand-held, T-piece and trach collar nebulizers. Must have experience with high-flow nasal cannula and trach collar oxygen therapy. Must have experience with BiPaP, CPAP, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, and weaning from mechanical ventilation.
