Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a full-time, 14-week assignment on the night shift. The RRT will deliver physician-directed pulmonary care and collaborate with a care team across neonatal to adult patients.

Requirements include an associate or bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy, active Virginia license, NBRC RRT, and BLS. Travel-friendly benefits and comprehensive hospital services are offered.

Works cooperatively with nursing and other health care team members for professional respiratory care practice for all patients ranging in ages from neonates to adults in all clinical and ambulatory settings. Responsible for the appropriate age specific assessment and treatment of patients. May have access to, or oversight of Protected Health Information (PHI) in the course of carrying out position duties.Associates or Bachelor's degree required. Non degreed applicants with RRT credentials prior to January 1, 2006 and graduates from a military RT program with RRT credentials will also be considered.State license, active NBRC RRT and BLS required at time of hire.
