Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice staffing solution is seeking experienced RN travelers for the MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center in Iowa. This role offers part-time, 12-hour day shifts and the opportunity to float across hospital units and regions to meet patient needs.

The ideal candidate holds RN licensure, at least 18 months of Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience and 2+ years in other specialties. BLS/ACLS/PALS are required through the American Heart Association.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standard elements of professional practice (Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate).

• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
