Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice program is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for mobile staffing across MercyOne Davenport Medical Center, Iowa. The role covers multiple locations with a focus on flexibility, quality care, and high patient outcomes.

Opportunity to float across units, maintain licensure credentials (ACLS/PALS/BLS), and participate in 403B with premium pay and travel perks. Night shifts available, part-time hours, and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g. ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard nursing process: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of practice.

Minimum Qualifications
