MercyOne Davenport Medical Center is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice staffing opportunities. RNs float across hospital locations and regions and provide high-quality nursing care within their licensure and specialty credentials.

The role offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for travel, per diem work, and professional growth. Ideal candidates have 18+ months in Med Surg/Tele/PCU with required certifications (ACLS/PALS/BLS) and may advance to diverse

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Must have and maintain required credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS via American Heart Association.

• Perform professional nursing duties within license, scope of knowledge and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
