Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice mobile staffing program seeks experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, regional assignments across the health system. FirstChoice RNs float among hospital locations and regions, delivering patient care with premium compensation and mobility to fit your life.

Position emphasizes adaptability, professional practice standards, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose

What you will do

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
