Trinity Health FirstChoice seeks experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, premium-pay mobile staffing across MercyOne Dewitt Medical Center in IA and surrounding regions. Roles involve floating to multiple locations, night shifts, and 3x12 schedules with a guaranteed gross weekly rate of $2,556.

Candidates must hold an RN license, meet minimum experience per specialty, and maintain required credentials (ACLS/TNCC/PALS; BLS). Travel opportunities and 403B options are included.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credential requirements per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.
