Trinity Health FirstChoice in Ann Arbor is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for premium pay and flexible scheduling on our mobile staffing program. FirstChoice RNs fill short and long-term assignments across the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities available.

This part-time role offers travel and per diem opportunities, diverse practice settings, daily pay, and reimbursement of licenses and certifications per assignment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months clinical experience for Med Surg/Tele/PCU; 2+ years for all other specialties.
• Credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS/ACLS/PALS through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital/locations and regions as needed.
• Salary and work within license, scope of knowledge, and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Demonstrate adaptability and take on new responsibilities.
• Support ongoing patient care and safety standards.
