Responsibilities

• Provide specialized pediatric care across units including PICU, NICU, Peds MedSurg, Peds PACU, Peds ED boarders, and mother-baby units.
• Float to different pediatric units as needed, following hospital policies.
• Monitor and assess pediatric patients during night shifts; ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain documentation standards.
