Requirements:

• BLS required
• Must have NRP in-hand at the time of submission
• Dr Browns Infant Driven Feeding Certification required but can submit with that pending, has a cost of $200
• Can submit with VA license pending
• Can approve 40 hours max for time off
• Cannot approve time off the first two weeks of assignment
• No time off approval for Labor Day weekend
• 3 weekends of the 6-week scheduling period; every other holiday
