Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, potential side effects, and safety precautions.
• Document care accurately in the EMR; ensure proper medication administration and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the oncology care team, including physicians, pharmacists, and ancillary staff.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; participate in rounds and discharge planning as appropriate.

The role offers a weekly pay range of $2,120 to $2,245 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The shift is 8-hour days, five days per week. This assignment requires no local candidates within 50 miles of the assignment location.

Requirements

• Must be available to work major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and one minor holiday as per unit policy
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting
