Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for obstetric patients and newborns across antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum periods.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer meds and document responses.
• Assist with labor, delivery and immediate postpartum procedures; support newborn care.
• Collaborate with obstetric team and other staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care and discharge planning.
• Maintain patient safety and comply with infection control practices.

Requirements
