Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

Position Title: Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry

Location: Concord, MA

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week), every other weekend, every other holiday

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Unit: MedSurg / Telemetry

Float Requirement: May float to like units

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg/Telemetry team in Concord, MA. This night shift position involves comprehensive patient care with a focus on telemetry and neuro cases. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing complex patient needs in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, with a strong emphasis on neuro patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information and care accurately using MediTech.
• Float to similar units as required.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (MA RN).
• BLS Certification (must be from the American Heart Association).
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in MedSurg and Telemetry.
• Proven competency in telemetry and neuro patient care.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• MediTech experience is required.
• Tele test will be administered on the first day of orientation to confirm telemetry proficiency.
