HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Bala Cynwyd, PA. You will provide in-home nursing care, perform assessments, and coordinate with the care team in a hospital-at-home style program.

Shifts are 12 hours, three days per week, with rotating 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, and a start date of 12/07/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $2,107 to $2,172. Travel support and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligible to practice in PA.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with home healthcare and in-home visits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care within the service area with evidence-based interventions.
• Perform nursing assessments, monitor vitals, administer medications, wound care, and symptom management.
• Document care and patient status in the EHR; communicate changes to the care team.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and enroll patients.

Responsibilities

• Document all care provided and patient status in the electronic health record; communicate changes to the supervising clinician and care team

• Ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards during every home visit

Requirements

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligible to practice in the state)
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to travel to patient homes and work in a home healthcare setting
• Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts and in-home visits; overnight on-call shifts (approximately 1–2 per week) as needed
• Strong communication and documentation skills; proficiency with electronic health records
