HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 4-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Keene, New Hampshire. You will provide direct RN care to residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The assignment offers 32 guaranteed hours per week and weekly pay between $994 and $1,069, with onboarding support and travel assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct RN nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Monitor patient status, perform routine head-to-toe assessments, and track vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document changes and notify the care team as needed.
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document care activities in the electronic health record with accuracy and timeliness; communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and medication administration standards; respond to emergencies per established protocols.
