Roles and Responsibilities -

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological health.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
