Responsibilities

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the medical record with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate and participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives.
• This position is represented by CNA.

Requirements

• ICU nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts (12-hour nights) and maintain performance in a high-acuity environment
• Active RN license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a critical care setting
