Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in California.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to standards and nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff; coordinate with other disciplines.
• Monitor patient status, administer meds and treatments per plan, document care.
• Assess, contribute to care planning, and reassess as conditions evolve with the team.
• Respond to emergencies with critical thinking; prioritize safety and timely interventions.
• Educate patients and families and support understanding of care plans.
