Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for an ICU travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. This 13-week assignment starts 11/09/2026 with guaranteed 48 hours per week and a 12-hour night shift schedule (4 shifts weekly).

You will provide direct critical care, monitor life-support devices, and work with a multidisciplinary team. Prior CVICU ICU experience and Cerner EMR familiarity are preferred; NH or compact state license required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH or a compact state at time of submission.
• Minimum 2–3 years ICU experience; CVICU experience strongly preferred.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred; other EMR experience considered.
• Ability to float to ED, Step-down, or Med-Surg as assigned; valid driver’s license with address matching demographics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care for ICU patients per unit protocols and care plans.
• Monitor patients on life-sustaining devices; manage ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring; respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications, including high-alert agents; ensure accurate dosing and monitor for adverse effects.
• Document assessments in EMR and communicate changes to the team; adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other team members; participate in rounds and handoffs.

Registered Nurse – ICU travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date 11/09/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $3,031–$3,119. Guaranteed hours 48 per week. Responsibilities

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU, following unit protocols and care plans
• Monitor patients on life-sustaining devices; manage ventilators, vasoactive infusions, and hemodynamic monitoring; promptly identify and respond to changes in status
• Administer prescribed medications, including high-alert agents; ensure accurate dosing, timely administration, and close monitoring for adverse effects
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document findings in the electronic medical record; communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other team members; participate in rounds, handoffs, and rapid-response or code events per policy
• May float to ED, Step-down, or Med-Surg as assigned; ensure safe handoffs and maintain patient safety during transitions

Requirements

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state at time of submission; license verification required
• Minimum 2–3 years ICU experience; CVICU experience strongly preferred; please highlight CVICU in the resume
• Up-to-date resume demonstrating ICU experience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Cerner EMR experience preferred; other EMR experience considered
• Ability to float to multiple units (ED, Step-down, Med-Surg) as assigned; valid driver's license with address matching demographics; RTO (Request Time Off) details must be included at submission
• Education: Graduation from an approved nursing program; RN degree required
