Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Intensive Care Unit assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. This 15-week contract requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour nights and every other weekend.

Rate up to $2,250 gross weekly, with benefits available from day 1. Qualifications include an active NH or Compact RN license, 2–3 years ICU experience, and strong critical care skills with the ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Active NH or Compact RN license.
• 2–3 years ICU experience.
• Strong critical care experience with ability to work independently in high-acuity environment.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• CVICU experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting.
• Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced critical care interventions and equipment.
• Assess patients, recognize changes in condition, and respond quickly to clinical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient response.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide safe, effective care while floating to ED holds, Stepdown, and Med-Surg assignments as needed.
