Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement ICU patient care for adult patients within the assigned unit
• Ensure high-quality, safe care consistent with unit standards and policies
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams; communicate with patients and families
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing systems and patient needs; demonstrate quality and efficiency in clinical practice
• Uphold the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization; contribute to a respectful, team-centered environment
• Document care, monitor patient status, and elevate concerns following protocol
