Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in concord, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit
• Discipline: RN
• Start Date: 06/23/2025
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel
• Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years RN exp in ICU (Resource Team)
• Will accept a first-time traveler: Not preferred but will consider (Resource Team)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (Resource Team requirement)
• Weekend rotation: every other
• No call for travelers
• Will be required to float per region needs
• Will require ICU background but comfortability to work PCU
• Skills required: Endotool and insulin drip, vasoactive drips for bedside procedure and recovery, cardiac and Precedex drips, chest tubes, ventilator, monitoring patients on DSD, continuous BiPAP or CPAP
• Stroke experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, NGT placement, drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, foley insertion/management, etc), PCA pumps
• Medication gtt management to include: Vasoactive drips, Precedex, Cardiac drips, Heparin, blood products, IVF
