Travel Home Health RN – 12 Weeks | M–F | Terre Haute, IN + Surrounding Counties

We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a 12-week contract based in Terre Haute, Indiana, with multi-county coverage. This position is ideal for an independent clinician ready to manage a full caseload and hit the ground running.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
  
  

Coverage Area Includes

• Parke, Vermillion, Clay, Putnam, Owen, Vigo, Sullivan, and Greene Counties
  
  

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
• OASIS proficiency required
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel within designated counties
• Indiana RN license (if not compact)
  
  

Applicants without HCHB and OASIS experience will not be considered.

12-week contract. Must have HCHB and OASIS experience—no exceptions. Coverage area: Parke, Vermillion, Clay, Putnam, Owen, Vigo, Sullivan, Greene. M–F 8a–5p. Based in Terre Haute, IN. Must be comfortable with county travel.
