You’ll partner with Territory Managers to provide expert clinical support for prosthetic urology procedures in operating rooms and physician clinics, influencing patient outcomes and building trusted provider relationships.

This role requires hands-on education, in-procedure consultation, and patient guidance from consultation to recovery, with regional travel to support clinical needs and a focus

Qualifikationen

• Highschool Diploma, though bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support clinical needs.
• Confidence and professionalism in high-stakes clinical environments (ORs, clinics).

• Act as the go-to clinical expert for case support, troubleshooting, and advanced product guidance.
• Provide in-procedure consultation to physicians, offering insights on technique and product performance.
• Deliver engaging educational conversations and hands-on demonstrations to healthcare teams and potential patients.
• Address customer concerns with creative, solution-oriented thinking, collaborating cross-functionally when needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedural device usage and clinical data.
• Champion Boston Scientific’s Quality Policy, embedding excellence and compliance into every aspect of your work.
• Serve as a trusted patient liaison, guiding potential patients through their entire journey—from initial consultation and education to post-procedure support.
