Qualifications

• Prior experience as a ROTA nanny with heavy travel is required.
• Energetic and playful with three young children (ages 2, 5 and 6).
• Ability to organize travel logistics, packing and child-related inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 on-call care for three children, including overnights.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and care team.
• Organize and tidy children’s spaces and common areas.
• Manage children’s inventory between households and travel.
• Pack/unpack for travel and handle car seats installation.
• Offer age-appropriate activities and assist with homework.
• Care for pets; comfortable with dogs and outdoor access.
• Set boundaries with children using calm, consistent discipline.
• Read room moods and adapt to family needs.
• Cook proficiently and work as part of a team.
• Maintain energy and positivity even during demanding days.
• Possess valid driver’s license and passport for travel.
