Job summary

British American Household Staffing in Atherton, CA is seeking a rotational nanny to care for a 3-year-old and eventually a 6-month-old, on a 14-day rotation. The role begins live-out and transitions to live-in during shifts when NCS is in effect, with a roughly 6/6:30 am to 7/7:30 pm schedule during live-out periods.

Qualifications

• Travel-ready with passport.
• Infant/child CPR and First-Aid certified or willing to update.
• NCS experience and willingness for live-in rotation.
• Driver’s license with clean record; nanny car provided.
• Trustline certified or willing to certify.
• Legal to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Full-charge childcare for a 3-year-old, and future care for a 6-month-old.
• Transport to activities, playdates, outings; school pickups/drop-offs.
• Coordinate naps, meals, activities, and travel plans.
• Light meal prep (breakfast and snacks).
• Maintain tidy child spaces; handle child-related laundry.
• Travel prep, packing, and unpacking; travel with family domestically and internationally.
• Utilize apps like Asana and Baby Connect.
• Support co-nanny/NCS during transitions for consistency.
