Birge & Held is seeking a Renovation Superintendent to lead construction and capital improvement projects across multifamily assets. You will manage schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring timely, safe completion on occupied properties.

The role requires travel to active sites and potential relocation. A minimum of five years in renovation management and strong leadership skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction renovation management.
• Valid driver's license required, frequent travel.
• Experience reviewing permits and working with building officials.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage renovation projects on occupied properties, ensuring safety and minimal disruption.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Inspect work quality, perform punch lists, and resolve site issues.
• Keep owner and project manager informed on status, changes, and risks.
• Review weekly invoices and track payments.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Travel to project sites and relocate as needed across the portfolio.
