Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in office administration is an asset.
• 1 year of administrative experience or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Perform administrative tasks for manager, department, or team.
• Develop and maintain customer-focused relationships with stakeholders.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages for team members.
• Ensure document control and compliance through filing, editing documents and reports.
• Assist with planning meetings and events, including catering and venue arrangements.
• Arrange travel, hotels, and car reservations and prepare itineraries.
• Order office supplies for department as requested.
• Support mail distribution and courier requests.
• Greet visitors and direct them to meeting rooms.
