Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility position. The role welcomes new grads and experienced clinicians, with a 13-week contract length (with option to extend) or permanent placement option.

Shifts are days. Pay includes an hourly rate plus housing and travel stipends for travelers. A supportive team and onboarding are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
