Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator) are a plus.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Scope Analysis: review project plans and understand the scope of work.
• Cost Estimation: prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Collaboration and Communication: work with project managers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: analyze historical data to improve estimates and develop weighting criteria.
• Compliance and Standards: ensure regulatory compliance and manage change orders.
• Proposal and Bid Preparation: participate in bid reviews and prepare proposals.
