Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking an experienced Foundation Estimator to support multiple nationwide projects. Travel and on-site work are required for the duration of each project, with potential relocation between sites as needed.

You will prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subs, and work with project managers and engineers to ensure competitive, compliant bids. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, be proficient in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Certified Professional Estimator is a plus.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders on estimates.
• Analyze historical data to improve future estimates.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit proposal documents to clients.
