Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Float Pharmacy Technician to support Genoa mental health pharmacy operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role primarily involves dispensing prescriptions and clerical tasks under the supervision of a pharmacist.

The home site is at 1601 N Anglin St. Suite 113, Cleburne, TX 76031, with responsibilities across 12 pharmacy locations. Travel is required within the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas Pharmacy Technician license.
• Reliable transportation and valid US driver's license.
• Ability to travel to all Dallas–Fort Worth locations to cover PTO/callouts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and clinic staff.
• Fills prescription orders and assists under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies; processes wholesaler medication orders.
• Verifies medication stock and updates inventory records in the system.
• Collaborates with the pharmacist to ensure compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Performs clerical duties for the department; maintains accurate records.
• Communicates clearly verbally and in writing with team and patients.
• Ability to cover home site and other sites in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
