Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Field Engineer for packages in Colorado Springs and surrounding districts. You will work across Field Operations, Office Engineering, and Estimating to support quality construction and project delivery.

The role requires willingness to travel/relocate as business needs arise and strong teamwork and communication. Base compensation reflects the posted range and benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel/relocate to project sites.
• Strong ethics, integrity, and taking initiative.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: interpret drawings, prepare work plans, conduct quality inspections, supervise field crews.
• Office Engineering: perform takeoffs, basic engineering calculations, assist with data entry and cost reviews.
• Estimating: review data, assess risks, perform quantity takeoffs from bid documents.
