Job summary

Trimedx, LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician II for Channel Services to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify complex biomedical equipment with minimal supervision.

This role offers early responsibility, mentorship, travel up to 75% regionally, a company car, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering environment.
• Strong technical skills (systems, diagnostics, hardware repair, error code interpretation).
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (or TRIMEDX certification).
• CBET Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment, ensuring care is uninterrupted.
• Ensure equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it.
• Guide clinicians on safe, effective equipment use.
• Strengthen operations through accurate documentation, compliance, and inventory control.
