Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certified
• Five (5) years of RN experience as a clinical leader or Director of Nursing in skilled nursing facility or related settings

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative, clinical leadership and delegation of tasks for nursing staff to promote quality care.
• Creates person-centered care plans and aligns training with Benedictine standards.
• Manages staffing hours based on acuity and census; negotiates service plans and payments.
• Directs hiring, evaluation, and development of nursing staff under Executive Director.
• Ensures quality assurance and regulatory compliance across nursing services.
