• 0–2 years of experience in structured cabling, construction, or related field.
• Interest in data centers, fiber optics, or low-voltage systems.
• Basic understanding of tools and installation practices (training provided).
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of structured cabling systems (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber).
• Support cable pulling, routing, dressing, and labeling in data center environments.
• Help install server racks, cabinets, ladder racks, and cable trays.
• Assist with terminating copper cabling (jacks, patch panels).
• Support basic fiber optic handling and preparation.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow installation drawings, instructions, and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
