Job summary

Buildots is seeking a senior construction operations leader to oversee deployment and day-to-day success of our platform on major client projects. You will guide adoption, support site operations, and ensure Integrations with project workflows, traveling extensively in TX/Central US.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in construction, experience on large-scale projects, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive value for clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer.
• Experience on large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems.
• Comfortable on-site and presenting to senior clients via video.
• Fast learner with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong people skills and positive, collaborative demeanor.
• Excited about technology and its impact on construction.
• Willingness to travel 80% across Texas/Central US.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary relationship owner for Buildots' largest client projects.
• Lead full platform implementation from onboarding to deep workflow integration.
• Proactively identify ways to maximize client value and adoption of Buildots.
• Collaborate with internal project managers to tailor the platform to each project’s complexities.
• Gather on-the-ground client insights to inform the product roadmap.
• Ensure clients succeed with the platform, not just use it.
