Job summary

Buildots is seeking an on-site Customer Success Manager for a major mission-critical project in Turkey, Texas. The role focuses on deployment, adoption, and day-to-day success of Buildots on key client sites.

You will guide teams through platform adoption, support site operations, and ensure smooth integration into project workflows, with relocation support offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer.
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects is preferred.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary relationship owner for Buildots' largest client projects.
• Lead full platform implementation—from onboarding to workflow integration.
• Identify ways to maximize client value and drive platform adoption.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align Buildots with project complexities.
• Gather client feedback and inform the product roadmap for better outcomes.
• Ensure clients realize measurable success using the Buildots platform.
