RES seeks a Craft – Concrete Finisher to form, place, finish, protect, repair concrete, and tie rebar across assignments. Role requires operating a range of equipment, adherence to safety standards, and flexibility to travel domestically 76-100% as needed.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and is based in Texas with potential rotation during assignments. Prior experience in heavy construction and knowledge of OSHA safety practices are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of heavy construction experience required.
• Ability to travel domestically 76-100% required.
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment associated with the concrete trade.
• Familiar with safety rules, OSHA, and first aid procedures.
• Pier drilling and foundation excavation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform forming, placing, finishing, protecting, repairing concrete, and tying rebar.
• Operate concrete-related equipment and hand tools and maintain equipment.
• Assist other crafts as needed in various tasks.
• Maintain a safety- and quality-oriented attitude and lead by example.
