Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of experience in construction and/or building maintenance.
• Must be able to provide cordial customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide cordial customer service to employees and vendors.
• Perform maintenance and repairs of equipment, facilities and properties including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Assist in constructing fixtures and other equipment for company operations.
• Knowledge of machinery, plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical tools.
• Know remodeling tasks including woodworking, sheetrock, flooring, and electrical; welding experience is a plus.
• Operate welding equipment to join metal parts for repair or fabrication.
• Attend mandatory department meetings and safety trainings.
• Follow all policies to ensure safety of personnel and property.
