World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Financial Services Representative to support multiple branches nationwide. You will step in where needed, delivering friendly, professional service and helping customers with loans, payments, and product questions.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches as assigned.
• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through responsible financial choices.
• Deliver top-tier customer service by answering questions and assisting with products.
• Process and prepare loan applications, documents, and renewals.
• Take and process customer payments.
• Prepare and execute loan closings on current and renewal loans.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure transactions are accurate.
• Complete daily branch bank deposits and transport funds as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and promote company values.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to meet performance goals.
• Travel between branches; mileage reimbursement per policy.
