Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to provide on-site dental hygiene services at nursing facilities across Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky. The role includes two weeks of travel and two weeks in the Indianapolis area, with licensure costs reimbursed and travel expenses covered.

The ideal candidate has an RDH license in good standing and 5 years of experience, with strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with patients and facility staff
• Ability to organize RDH supplies and daily schedule

Responsibilities

• Review patient lists and ensure supplies are available
• Arrive on time and check in with dental contact
• Transport and set up equipment in treatment room
• Coordinate patient transfers and chart flow with facility staff
• Perform dental hygiene tasks including X-rays, cleaning, sealants
• Explain procedures to patients and follow up with facility staff
• Enter chart notes into Salesforce at treatment time
• Follow OSHA regulations for safety and cleanliness
• Handle disposables properly and leave chart copies at facilities
• Manage schedule with clinical support manager and treatment follow-ups
• Maintain and clean dental equipment regularly
• Inventory supplies and place orders as needed
• Handle sterilization and OHSA guidelines for instruments
• Travel using personal vehicle for equipment transport
• Be reachable by cell during workday
• Expense office purchases as needed
